Inspired by Spotswood,  a small, quirky suburb in Melbourne’s inner-west, local artisan sign writer, Tony Mead, will paint a larger-than-life, postcard-style mural Welcome to Spotswood on a vintage water tank. The mural has also inspired a short film. Find out more
