Jane Bayly

Jane Bayly is a performer, song maker, voice artist and theatre maker. She established her song-based practice as a founding member of a cappella theatre company Crying in Public Places, with whom she co-created several shows and toured extensively for 15 years. She collaborates with independent theatre makers and companies developing new works, and writes songs with and for various communities, organisations and bands.

A teaching artist for over 30 years, she designs and facilitates performance and song-making workshops for all ages. Jane’s work with Donna includes actor/singer in Dust (2009-13) and, for the Art & Industry Festival, gigs with band The Big Front (2016), and performer in The Bridge (2018).
